Welcome note

Welcome to Kids Kingdom! My name is Rachael and I am the Centre Manager for Kids Kingdom JLT. I’m originally from the North East of England and have lived in Dubai for the last 6+ years. During this time, I’ve worked solely in Early Years.

I have worked as a Teacher, Co-Ordinator, Deputy Manager and Manager and believe this has enabled me to understand what truly makes a quality Early Years setting; hands on experience meeting the needs of children as individuals and their families in a positive, safe, developmentally appropriate environment!

I am a qualified and KHDA approved Manager with many hours of further Professional Development training and courses including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Child Protection and Behaviour Management.

I believe that every child is entitled to a bright introduction to their learning journey. The first few years are so important for moulding positive attitudes towards learning, self-worth, confidence and social awareness and that introduction is something we aim to provide at Kids Kingdom JLT. Our caring, trained staff and I work to make positive relationships with children and their families so that we can provide support every step of the way.
